Nutrition is the biggest factor in both our physical and mental health. It might not be something you think about, but studies have shown that you are more susceptible to depression when you don’t eat a very balanced and nutritious diet. Make sure you are eating enough fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water; which will naturally boost your energy levels.
Based on what you want to do in your career or personal life, you need to pinpoint what is causing the distractions that hamper your goals and remove them. Simple.
It’s okay to say ‘no’
People who always say ‘yes’ to invitations for parties and other weekend events might sometimes miss out on what they could do to improve their personal status and career goals. That means going back to prioritizing what needs to be done and, if you have extra time available, fitting in those weekend parties and trips to the club with friends. Don’t always say no, but it’s important to find the right balance.
