7 Tips In Becoming A Morning Person

Set alarm on other end of the room

It’s more tempting to hit the snooze button when the phone you have set as your alarm is placed next to your pillow or nightstand. Having that obnoxious alarm set on the other end of the room will make you have to get up and walk to get your phone. Congratulations, you are now out of bed; and you got to turn off that song you hate.

Only use one alarm

Having multiple alarms doesn’t help you wake up, it will actually allow you to utilize the first few as snooze buttons and your body will be accustomed to go back to bed. By using just one alarm, you know that there won’t be another to wake you up again.

Willpower is required

Anything worth doing requires a little bit of willpower to help you get through the weeks of developing the habit of becoming a morning person. It’s not going to be easy and it’s not going to be an overnight change.
