3. Choose to Slow Down

Few things are so important that it benefits from being approached with a sense of urgency. Even those things which are urgent will benefit from a calm, even approach. As much as possible, choose to slow down. You will actually be more productive!

4. View Things as a Choice

Try applying “I will”, rather than “I have to”, to your daily obligations. “I will make supper” is much more palatable than “I have to make supper”. After all, everything that came before these obligations were choices you delighted in – to choose a partner, to have a family – and therefore the things you do for them are also a matter of choice.
