Power of public shaming
By announcing to your friends and family your goals for the day or week, especially on social media, will likely push you to get those things done since there’s a pressure to accomplish them. Failing can lead to feeling some embarrassment.
One at a time
Don’t try to do fifty things at once and believe that you are going to be that much close to completing your list. In fact, you are more likely to mentally drain yourself quicker. Instead of multitasking, trying single-tasking and do one job at a time.
Writing away distractions
Use a notepad and pen to write down ideas that might come up while working so that they don’t have to settle in your brain as you try to get things accomplished in that time limit.
